In the above example, speed load is an input to angular velocity source block. How do i obtain these speed load values realistically in Electric vehicles?

In a real vehicle there are several factors such as vehicle dynamics and driving conditions (road incline, wind, etc) that will influence the speed. Check the IPMSM Torque Control in an Axle-Drive EV example in Simscape Electrical to get an idea about how things are in a vehicle.
