view convention won't update

i have a brick block in the shape of a piller i want to change it's view convention from z-up to y-up and i change it then i close the window and i go back to check it's gets returned to z-up

do anyone know how to fix that pls ?

Once you get the view configuration as you want it in the Mechanics Explorer, you need to press the "Save explorer configuration to model" button (screenshot below) to save the configuration to the model AND you need to save the model. This will retain the settings for when you reopen the model.
