Get Simulink Model Notes content programmatically to merge notes for Integration Model

I have multiple .slx files that use Model Notes for documentation.

I want to combine these .slx files to an integration model.

Referenced models do not support model notes (see screenshot).

Can I somehow get the content of the model notes programmatically ?

If this is possible, I could copy the content of all the model notes into my integration model.

Any hints or suggestions are appreciated :)
