Make sure of the following:
  1. There is only 1 version of MATLAB Compiler installed.
  2. The release of MATLAB Compiler installed is the correct version for the compiled application. Ask the person who compiled it which release of MATLAB they compiled it for.
  3. Rosetta 2 is installed. This is necessary since MATLAB Compiler does not natively support Apple Silicon Macs in R2022b and earlier.
