How can I make my code run faster?

I would like to improve my code and make it run faster, but I'm not sure what I need to do.

    for trl=1:size(d,2)
        for i=1:size(d,1)
            if d(i,trl,anim) >= 0.05 
                C(i,trl,anim)= 1;
            elseif -0.05<d(i,trl,anim) && d(i,trl,anim)<0.05 
                C(i,trl,anim) = 0;
            else d(i,trl,anim) < -0.05
                C(i,trl,anim) = -1;
            end
        end
    end
