Dynamic neural network on MATLAB

I am trying to model a hydropower plant and i am working actualy with dynamic neural network, i have three parameters, (Power, head) as inputs, and the (Debit) as a Target, i am wondering if there is sombody who can help me to do that in matlab, by using dynamic neural network, with feedback, i want to get an update of weights during time.
