How can I havea frequency response in Simulink (freqs)?

I would like to ask a question. I'm trying to analyze the frequency response of "Simulink Subsystems Block" by using Simulink.

Can I have a similiar function like in Matlab (freqs, Bode plot of frequency response, etc..)
