Unable to train data images on OCR

Can anybody help me with using OCR trainer, I segmented 25 samples for the 3 characters from a set of 30 images. When I click the Train button, it says. "Unable to train data. Please provide additional traning samples characters. At least 10 samples per character is recommended for OCR." What should I do? Please help me, I need this for my thesis.
