Can I change the language setting for Simulink Onramp into English?

I am using R2019a on Japanese OS.

When I launch Simulink Onramp in MATLAB Desktop,  it is displayed in the local language (Japanese etc.) even if I set the language setting into "English" in preferences.

I would like to display Simulink Onramp in English.

If you use R2021a and later releases, you can change the language setting for Simulink Onramp with preferences.

If you use R2020b an earlier versions, the Simulink Onramp language is applied according to the OS locale language setting.

If you would like to use it in English, please make sure the OS locale language to ”English(United States)".
