I Just Paid over $200 to Reinstall my home version of Matlab, but it tells me my i can not install any new version of Matlab. If that is the case i need a refund on my money.

Please refund my money, since Your software says i have used too many versions now. My Orginal computer was destroyed over 2 years ago, and I received a notice to upgrade, after paying, i tried up grading, but was not allowed too. I do have any old versions on this computer or any other computer.

You should have a contact with the MathWorks office from which you made a purchace of your MATLAB.
There are people responsible for installation of MATLAB. You'll be fine.
