- Has expired in the license file
- Is not in the license file
- Belongs to a different license than expected
- Has been moved to a different license
- The toolbox cache needs to be refreshed. This can be accomplished by running "rehash toolboxcache" in the MATLAB Command Window.

When I do the command "ver" or "ver -support" in MATLAB, my license is listed as unknown somewhere. How do I resolve this?
What does this mean? How do I determine whether to provide support or not?

Licenses for products can appear as "unknown" in "ver" output for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to the following reasons:
