Finding the frequency response of data collected from a DAQ

I have a cantilever beam with motor attached to the end of the beam. The motor works a rotating mass. The speed of the motor was adjusted until the natural frequency of the beam was found. At that point, data was taken with a DAQ so I have data with corresponding times. My end goal with the data is to make a frequency response but I have no idea where to begin. I've been messing around with the freqs command in Matlab, but I haven't had any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If there is a way to upload my .txt file of data and if it were helpful to anyone, I'd be happy to.
