I think the attached document serves your purpose. It splits the objective into multiple sub systems which can be modelled using Simulink. The source of the document is the answer given in Concentrated Solar Power Generation Systems - MATLAB Answers - MATLAB Central (mathworks.com), where you seem to have commented. As your intention is to know about the simulation of CSP, this document may suffice, else you might mail the creators of the document.
