How to embed a signal into more dimension

Hello, all. As a part of my project, I need to embed a signal into two or more dimension for extracting the features from a signal by using time delay and embedding theorem. I have used the reconstructing state space mapping method for feature extraction. Please help me to embed a signal into more dimension.
