Build a Nonlinear Regression model

Sorry for the very basic question. But I am just trying to figure out the best way to proceed.

I have a table (10000*4) with 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. I would like to build a nonlinear regression model between the dependent and independent variables and then using this relationsip to predict the dependent variable based on a second table which contains only the 3 independent variables. (10000*3- 3 independent variables).

Any leads on how to proceed will be very useful
