Can I introduce time delay in MATLAB?

I have 3 webcams connected to my PC. I want CAM 1 to take a snapshot, and say 30 seconds later, I want CAM 2 to take a snapshot. Then, after 30 more seconds, CAM 3 will take a snapshot. The images that come from different cameras must be stored in 3 different variables i.e. 1 variable for each camera. So, how would I introduce that 30 seconds delay through MATLAB? please help. Thank you

The easiest solution is probably the pause function.

The timer class functions are also an option.
