Problem with simscape multibody link

I have downloaded the right version and typed the code install_addon(' ')

Then this problem showed up

Can you guys help me fix this ??

The error is likely at Mathworks, not something that you can work around yourself.

Hello - I just tested this and everything is working for R2020b.

Perhaps try downloading the files again, and make sure you run MATLAB with administrator rights.
