define all data of the row data based on one element of this row form huge array

I have been created code for iteration, and the result of code is a huge data

the rquired output is the max value , and I need to identfy the input data value( I1, x11,a11, I2, x21, a21, I3, x31, a31) of this max value which is 8.8828e+5

Input = [I1, x11,a11, I2, x21, a21, I3, x31, a31]

Output = F

result=[Output Input]

best_reuslt= max(Output)
