How to make slider in APP Designer ?

I hope you can help me to find the solution. I want to make a slider like below in this image:

Actually, I know there is a slider in the App designer component panel. But it's a different style.

You could make your own buttons for the slider and create an editfield that interacts with the slider's position. That is what I did for Rodent Tracker app that I uploaded to File Exchange.
