How do i transfer contents from one variable to another?

How do i transfer the contents of variable H to K1?

Variable H contains/is a matrix of size 1x5913.

what do you mean with "transfer the content"? Do you want K1 to have the same data as H?

In that case you can simply do

K1 = H;

K1 = H 

K1 = 1×5913
