checking voltage stability with nose curve

how i can get nose curve in m-file (matlab)?

1-Exit one of the lines in the binary line

2-Short circuit in binary line and fixing its insider in 0.01, 0.03 and 0.1 seconds from the start of short circuit by following parameters:
