How to get state values at a specified time?

I have a simulink model and I want to run it up to a specified time and then extract the values for all the states (to be used for linmod). Is there an easy way I can retrieve the state (integrator) values after a specified simulation time?

In your model, click menu Simulation->Configuration Parameters... then in the left column, select Data Import/Export. On the right, Check "states".
