How to install SPICE/MICE toolkit?

I would like to install the mice toolkit on my windows 10 PC for matlab, also called mice: https://naif.jpl.nasa.gov/naif/toolkit_MATLAB.html

I can't find any instruction on how to install it, except for linux(?): https://naif.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/naif/toolkit//MATLAB/PC_Linux_GCC_MATLAB9.x_64bit/packages/README

Opne the compressed MICE and Set Paht to add the MICE in MATLAB. Then the program works.
