Collecting results through a loop

Hi all,

I have main work file and multiple sub work files, I would like to write a code that will start from the main file and go through each sub work files in Loop to collect the results, not sure how to do that can anyone help please ? - also, should I add this code into the main workfile that I have ? or should it be in a new script ?

each work file includes diffrent inputs so each should have diffrent outputs.
