Error getting support package information from mathworks.com. Your network connection may be down or your proxy settings improperly configured

i am using MATLAB R2014a. i want to send my mobile sensor data to my laptop using matlab.few days ago i found that R2014a and above has got easy interfacing with android mobile using MATLAB support package for android.so i download it but the moment i try to install it.it gives me following error saying:- Error getting support package information from mathworks.com. Your network connection may be down or your proxy settings improperly configured. i still havnt understand what it is for??? please do help me....also tell me stepwise action as i am new here dont know much about the software!!!!! i tried disabling my firewall also checked the network connection,tried opening mathwork through browser.but still facing the problem thank you in advance
