This can be achieved with function max. Read max

how to do it with double for loops
that should look a little bit like this
Min_RD_Data2 = RD_Data(1,1);
for i = 1:ROWn
for j = 1:COLn
Min_RD_Data2 < RD_Data(i,j);
Min_RD_Data2 = RD_Data(i,j);
end
end
