Identification battery cell model parameters

To estimate the SOC by the EKF, I need to specify the parameters of the battery equivalent circuit model. How to determine these model parameters at different temperatures? Must these parameters be obtained by laboratory testing or is there a pre-prepared data set for different thpes of batteries?

Actually i read some information about pulse dischrage method and curve fitting for battery cell parameters extraction but unfortunately i dont understand.
