can not customize for 5G ToolBox

My Matlab with version 2020b, have no full funcion of 5G toolbox. it only have 3 options in 5G toolbox app: 1) downlink FRC, 2) uplink FRC, 3）test models(NR-TM), but have no downlink and uplink. so i can not do a customization for my needed 5G waveform.

how to slove this problem ?

would u pls provide some information on it ?
