How to apply this? [Img inside]

Hello guys i have a work to do based on Partial derivative, what i need to do now i apply the Finite difference method by the method shown on the image. What i have now is a matrix (418x413) and i need to apply the finite difference method in for cycle. If you can help me i would be very thankfull. Thanks in advance.
