• Rmin - first row to crop at
• Cmin - first column to crop at
• Rpix - number of row pixels to use
• Cpix - number of column pixels to use

Things to watch out for:

• a lot of MATLAB functions deal in x, y coordinates, rather than rows and columns
• the cropping functions operate a bit oddly in whether to include a pixel, so you might end up with one more row or column than you were expecting. Read the documentation carefully.
