about using HDL coder

Hi, i am trying HDL coder to convert matlab code into verilog/vhdl. i am facing problem with an "Error using buildInstrumentedMex" . Can you please suggest how to remove this.

I tried some sample codes only which i attached here.

and I am using Matlab R2012a

and Can You please suggest me a material or web link for efficient test case writing in MATLAB
