How can I add a column at the start of my vector/Matrix?

I have a row vector (1x9),

C = [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9]

How can I add a column to make it 1x10 and so it reads:

C = [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]
