when i try to use this smilinlk file this erro pop out

It sounds to me as if you might not have Simscape Electrical installed.

i think you need to make sure the Simscape Electrical installed (As mr Walter noted).

then make sure that you use the powergui block with the correct parameters.

Try reinstalling Simscape Electrical.
