Plot a temperature matrix

Hello everyone,

so I did some milling experiments and I got as end data a matrix where each entry is equivalent to a pixel which has a set temperature.

I am able to plot the Matrix so it looks like the picture of a Thermography Camera but I don't know how to set a temperature scale.

Right now Matlab just uses its own colorbar but I would like to see which color goes with wich temperature.

This is the code I am using right now:

opts=detectImportOptions('Versuchsdatei_1.txt');
opts.ExtraColumnsRule='ignore';
A=readtable('Versuchsdatei_1.txt',opts);
B=table2array(A);
image(B);

Would be great if somebody could help me, thank you very miuch in advance.
