How to create a Target data ? Neural Network Tool

Hello,

I want to make a feedforward backpropagation neural network in order to solve a classification problem.

I have big scale matrix which is 256x500. How do I create a Target data set in order to train it?

If there are c classes, each target vector should be a c-dimensional {0,1} unit vector with the row index of the 1 indicating the class index of the corresponding input vector

 target       = ind2vec(classindices)
 classindices = vec2ind(target)

Example

classindices = [ 3 2 1 1 2 3 ]
