I want to load the .wav files inside the file. How can I do it? https://www.mathworks.com/help/audio/ref/audiodatastore.html I'm using here, but I couldn't do it, I would be very happy if you could help me. I can't use fullfile().
ADS = audioDatastore('D:\BİTİRME PROJESİ\TIMIT\data\TRAIN\DR1\FCJF0','FileExtensions','.wav')

Your syntax looks correct, so we need more details from you about what isn't working. Are you getting error messages? If so, please share the full message (all the red text). Otherwise, please give more details about why you couldn't do it, and why you couldn't use fullfile.
What happens if you move your wav files to a different location? Does if work if the files are on your desktop for example?

On Windows, you can use / or \ in file names (though I am not certain if you can use \\?/ or \??\ paths https://stackoverflow.com/questions/25090101/is-there-a-difference-between-and-paths )
IncludeSubfolders can make a meaningful difference, though.
bring TRAIN folder in the current directory where you are working in matlab and then this might help.
ads = audioDatastore('TRAIN','IncludeSubfolders',true,'LabelSource','foldernames','FileExtensions','.wav');
