MATLAB Onramp can not be accessed

can not access to MATLAB Onramp.

after i complete about 84% i canot enter to MATLAB Onramp.

i can not enter to the pont i stopped.

This sounds like two separate issues. Can you please clarify?

1. You cannot access MATLAB Onramp at all or
2. You can access MATLAB Onramp but have lost your progress?

I had something like this recently happen to me. Here is what worked for me.

1. Navigate to the course page
2. Under the Resume Course button, Click Settings
3. Click Edit release or language
4. In the popup that appears, change your Release to something else (is currently R2021b).
5. Click Update
6. Click the green button to launch the course

The point here is to just see if you can get the course to launch. If it does, repeat the steps above to change back to your original version. It should now launch, and your progress should be preserved.

i tried your suggestion

but when go back to my origin version, still not give me the option to access.

i think matlab team should be aware of this problem and solve it.

after a few tries i been able to get in.
