How to extract patch from image using co ordinates values of pixels

Hello all, i want to extract patches from RGB image.I have co-ordinates values of all pixels in that patch.I take Min x,Max x,Min y and Max y...Now plz tell me how to use these four values to extract patch from image..Thanks
