How to avoid delay in plotting while using app designer?

When plotting on a UIAxes using appdesigner , I'm getting some significant delay. Is there any option to plot in appdesigner with out getting delay?

You could try putting

drawnow;

whenever you want to update a plot. For example if you're in an intensive loop that plots stuff, it might not get around to plotting things on every iteration and just wait until the loop is all done. To force it to repaint/refresh the screen immediately you can put drawnow at the bottom of the loop.

Sir, I'm already using draw now. Here what I'm doing is I want to transmit data from one system to other system and I want to plot it in run time. I plotted data's at runtime. But the thing is that, while using appdesigner I'm getting some significant delay in the plot.
