output data from simulink(To workspace) no updating when I run the simulation via Command Window

hi, i need help.. data at workspace not updating after I run the the simulation through Command Window.. but if i click Run directly from Simulink, the data of out.IntErrorSquared will updated..
after i changed the Kp, Ki, Kd value and run simulation again using command window, the out.IntErrorSquared value still the same as previous value...
