Matlab 2012a, where to find ManagedCPPAPI.netmodule or do I need this file for NE builder

I used matlab 2009b before, it needs ManagedCPPAPI.netmodule file. Do matlab 2012a still need this file for compile NE Builder. If it needs this file where can I find it or can I use same file in 2009b?
