how to change back to the right base for answers?

I think i accidently changed the base in which my outputs are done. Can you help me revert it back??

i got an answer for X_4 as 0.2186 but it was written in my command window as 3fcbfbfa6968ccf5 . I dont even know what base this is?? How can i change it back to normal??

got it. went to Home-> Preferences-> command window-> numericformat->short
