Data gap filling in time series

Dear all,
I am having a time series which having some gap in it, I want to fill the gaps, how can I do that....help me I am attaching my time series:::

I don't understand your question. Do you want to have values for time steps between your samples? What kind of interpolation do you want to use? Or do you need a function, i.e. are you doing system identification?
PS: If you just want the values for some time steps between your existing ones with linear interpolation, I would just do this directly in Excel...

Acrtually in the time column there is data gap and I want to interpolate and put some values on data gaps. If you use 'diff' of the time column you can see the interval and when the interval and can find the gap...and I want to fill that gaps...suppose if a time series sampled at 1 day then if the interval between two data points is 2 then there is a gap of 1 day and I want to get the values of that missing time...
