How to fill Simulink executable file properties/description?

So, I managed to build a simulink executable. Under details tab, I would like to add in more information.

Has anyone managed to modify/add description? Or recommend if this needs to be done during or post build?

Manged to figure this out for post build.

1. Open the exe in visual studio
2. edit resource to add/odify details
3. Save and close, the changes are implemented in the exe
