I wish to plot a data with 5 axes variables together.

I have five variables and one corresponding output. I wish to plot these in a single plot with 5 axes and the output as a heatmap.

Hi Anurag,

You can plot 5 separate heatmaps but plotting all the 5 axes with corresponding output is not possible.

To create heatmaps with two variables please refer heatmap function.
