Dear friends,
I'm trying to install matlab on my linux server without gui. I have got the fileInstallationKey which is a long string of over 100 characters like xxxxx-xxxxx-. I put this string in the ./install file as a key and input other required information. After that I ran "./install -inputFile installer_input.txt", but it shows in the log "Unable to load product files. Product files must be in the same folder as the input file. For help getting the product files, see the installation documentation on <a HREF="https://www.mathworks.com/pi_noprode_mpi_R2021b_glnxa64">MATLAB Answer</a>".
I searched the offical response to this question. They said it's because "fileInstallationKey" is wrong or the full files to be installed are not overall intact. But I think all files are over there. I re-downloaded and checked this. As for the installationKeyFile, this long string is generated from my account, where I provided my information about hostname and host id( There are multiple ether MAC address and I chose the first one, also tried second and third MAC ether address, but all failed).
Is there anyone who can help me through this puzzle?

On my second call to tech support, I was told that the installer does not contain, nor can it download the product files. They are in an .iso file, which can only be procured by emailing one of the listed matlab administrators at my institution. In my account on Mathworks' site, I can activate a license with the mac address of my server and download a license file and installation key. But the actual product? Afterthought.
