system identification tool for MISO with same pole location

we are working on thermal model of the Li-Ion battery cell. The equation is given below.

Parameters to identify are R, Rt and Ct.

Problem here is, it is a multiple input and single output system. But, the poles are same. Is there a way to lock the poles while estimation? Kindly suggest any better solution.
