How can I tabulate an image pixel in excel (.xlsx) using Matlab codes. or How can I convert Image pixel to Matrix and tabulate this to excel? Every rows and columns of the excel file should contain the corresponding pixel of the picture.

Just use xlswrite() to send the pixel values to Excel
xlswrite(excelFullFileName, grayImage);
