How can I input vector multiplication into matlab

How can I imput this into Matlab? Vector matrix multiplication. The answer is supposed to be a 3x1 matrix

I do not see what is being multiplied by what?

I thought for a moment that you could use [cos(theta) sin(theta) 1] times something, but looking more closely, the terms are different, with sin replacing cos and cos replacing sin in the last term.
