how to to do some kind of SUMIF (Excel) by using a loop.

 Hi all,

I would like to sum some dummy variables if they correspond to a specific value in another column on the same row.

here is an example :

etc...

Once i get the proportion of Dummy that are equal to 1 every year and plot it.

Do you have any idea how to do that by using a loop ?
